KEY CHARACTERISTICS
DIMENSIONS
The most common external dimensions of structures are usually 3m x 6m x 3m (WxLxH). Internally, they measure 2.8m x 5.8m x 2.7m.
The structures can be fully customized to the client’s wishes. The maximum width is 4m (greater width presents challenges in transportation), while the length can range from 4m to 8m.
All structures can be assembled together, allowing for the creation of larger spaces. They can be joined not only lengthwise and widthwise but also in height.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The structure is self-supporting, steel-welded, and painted, thus protected against external influences. The building stands on metal legs and is raised off the ground.
The building joinery is thermally insulating ALU system from the German manufacturer Schuco, which offers numerous solutions for glazing and openings. From fixed to panoramic sliding walls, façade systems, etc.
The façade cladding consists of smooth PIR 80mm sandwich panels, which not only provide insulation and give the building a modern look but are also fire-safe (B-s2, d0; EI30min). Internal linings are not necessary due to the appearance of the panels themselves. The thermal transmittance of the building’s envelope is 0.28W/m2K.
The floors are made from a metal structure, PIR 80mm sandwich panels, and for additional strength, a water-resistant plywood sheet on top.
The roof is insulated with PIR 80mm sandwich panels and sealed with Sika membrane.
Additional façade cladding is typically used to enhance the appearance and ensure the building stands out. Wooden decorative cladding or metal meshes are commonly employed for this purpose. The building is customized to align with your overall visual identity.
COLORS
The façade panels are anthracite, RAL 7016, on one side and white, RAL 9002, on the other. Based on our experience, this has proven to be the best option. Thus, when installing the building, it can be chosen whether the interior will be gray and the exterior white, or vice versa.
INSTALATIONS
The building can be equipped with plumbing and electrical installations, making it a suitable solution for hospitality or residential purposes.

The approximate prices of our buildings range from 800 to 1200€/m2, depending on execution details (glazing system, choice of façade/cladding, installations, lighting, etc.).
